INCA 4000 (lines 2 - 8)
Discontinuous measurement. The instrument is equipped with a process gas cooler and can have up to 8 measuring points. The components methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) are analyzed in condensate free or wet gas. The gas is aspirated from the measuring points, which can be at a distance of up to 100 m. Two calibration gas inputs allow time-controlled periodic calibrations. The patented μPulse technique leads to an extended lifetime of the H2S sensor.
Model 881-NSL H2S in Sulfur Pit Analyzer
AMETEK's No Sample Line technology for the sulfur pit. The 881-NSL has no costly troublesome external sample line. The analyzer mounts directly on your sulfur pit lid, eliminating sample line plugging, the number one problem in Claus Plant analysis. The 881-NSL photometer combines an extraordinary long lamp life (estimated 5 years!) with many innovative features designed to minimize maintenance and increase reliability. The 881-NSL is equipped with anti-clogging blowback features. Any out-of-range condition automatically initiates air blowback to clear the sample system. This feature minimizes the chance of costly downtime by reducing sample line plugging. The analyzer continuously monitors itself for proper operation and has built-in alarm features.
Model 910 Hot/wet Multi-Gas CEM
The Model 910 is a version of the Model 920 specifically configured for monitoring stack emissions on a mass rate basis. The standard configuration measures stack effluent temperature and velocity in addition to pollutant concentrations at stack conditions, enabling mass emission rates to be reported.
OXYGEN – AMETEK THERMOX
The Thermox PreMix 2000 analyzer accurately and continuously measures the proportions of oxygen and fuel in pre-mix gases, operating in either excess fuel or excess air conditions. The analyzer is fed a small sample of the air/fuel mixture, burns it and then measures the net oxygen or net excess fuel content of the mixture.
TAIL GAS – AMETEK 880 NSL
Accurate, reliable measurement of H2S and SO2 in the tail gas from a Claus sulfur recovery plant is critical. Unfortunately, tail gas analysis has historically been one of the most difficult applications because of common problems with sample line plugging due to sulfur vapors present in the sample.
TAIL GAS – AMETEK MODEL 900
AMETEK’s Western Research Model 900 Air Demand Analyzer was specifically designed for Claus processes and to meet the more demanding analytical requirements of these new processes. Used in conjunction with the ASR 900 sampling probe, which provides trouble-free sampling, the Model 900 ensures maximum data availability for optimum operation of all sulfur recovery processes. SO2.
