Chandler Portable Natural Gas Chromatograph
For years, the natural gas industry has needed a more reliable, field- ready portable chromatograph to measure the heating value of natural gas—one that would be easier to operate and maintain. With the Model 292 Portable Natural Gas Chromatograph, Chandler has eliminated the hassle and inaccuracy of gas analysis. Now you can do the tests with ease where they are most accurate— on site. You also eliminate DOT concerns. The 292 was designed around field-proven chromatographic techniques defined by ASTM, GPA, AGA, and ISO.
Cylinder Sampler
TSI LPG samplers enable operators to obtain representative samples of gas or high vapor pressure . The sample is captured in a sample cylinder for easy transport to the lab. Texas Sampling's patented design uses cylinder saddles to ensure safe, proper alignment, hold cylinder securely in place, and prevents leakage when connecting the cylinder.

Discontinuous measurement. The instrument is equipped with a process gas cooler and can have up to 8 measuring points. The components methane (CH4), carbon dioxide (CO2), oxygen (O2) and hydrogen sulfide (H2S) are analyzed in condensate free or wet gas. The gas is aspirated from the measuring points, which can be at a distance of up to 100 m. Two calibration gas inputs allow time-controlled periodic calibrations. The patented μPulse technique leads to an extended lifetime of the H2S sensor.
LaserDust MP, LP and XLP Monitors
NEO Monitors LaserDust Medium Path (MP), Long Path (LP), and Extra Long Path (XLP) Monitors are compact, optical dust monitors for true continuous in-situ mea- surement of dust concentration or opaci- ty. The monitors are designed for measu- rement across pipes, stacks, and ducts with typical path lengths of 0.5 – 10 m. LaserDust Monitors use a transmitter / receiver configuration to probe the dust concentration along the optical line-of- sight. Our true non-contact approach (no probes) is superior to point type dust meters.
LaserGas II Multipass Monitor
NEO Monitors LaserGas II Multipass (MP) Monitor employs a multipass cell concept to combine long measure- ment path lengths with a compact ana- lyser design. The long path will enhan- ce the detection limit. Thus, the MP is the analyser of choice for measurement of trace levels of gases, offline in a control- led environment. We offer this analyser as cabinet or 19" rack version. Heated and non-heated cells with different volume and path length are available.
LaserGas II Open Path Monitor
NEO Monitors LaserGas II Open Path (OP) Monitor is a compact, high perfor- mance gas analyser for long distance monitoring in ambient air. Measure- ment lengths up to 1000 m one way are possible. The OP Monitor utilizes a trans- mitter / reflector configuration to mea- sure the average gas concentration along the optical line-of-sight. As option a portable, battery-powered version is available containing a control keypad and a flash memory for data logging.
LaserGas II Single Path Compact
NEO Monitors LaserGas II Single Path (SP) Compact Monitor is a compact, highly reliable gas analyser for true continuous in-situ monitoring. SP Com- pact Monitors are optimised for short distance measurement across pipes and along short cells. Due to its focused laser beam the SP Compact can mea- sure through very thin nozzles (< 10 mm diameter). Thus, for applications with continuous purge to prevent dust from settling on the windows the SP Compact will require very small purge flow.
Model 4660 Low Concentration H2S Analyzer
The need for the measurement of low level H2S in sales gas is important both for corrosion control and personal safety. Reducing the level excessively to provide safety margin drastically increases the operating costs of removal and recovery operation whereas high levels of H2S will result in costly plant shutdowns.

Model 881-NSL H2S in Sulfur Pit Analyzer
AMETEK's No Sample Line technology for the sulfur pit. The 881-NSL has no costly troublesome external sample line. The analyzer mounts directly on your sulfur pit lid, eliminating sample line plugging, the number one problem in Claus Plant analysis. The 881-NSL photometer combines an extraordinary long lamp life (estimated 5 years!) with many innovative features designed to minimize maintenance and increase reliability. The 881-NSL is equipped with anti-clogging blowback features. Any out-of-range condition automatically initiates air blowback to clear the sample system. This feature minimizes the chance of costly downtime by reducing sample line plugging. The analyzer continuously monitors itself for proper operation and has built-in alarm features.
